The Luuna pillow comes in two sizes:
Standard: 25.197 in x 18.11 in Standard box: 6.2 x 6.2 x 18.8 inches
King: 34.6 in x 18.11 in King box: 6.2 x 6.2 x 18.8 inches
The height of our pillow is approximately 5.9 inches, but it can be adjusted to meet your preferences. You just have to add or remove filling to your liking.
The Luuna pillow consists of an external cover and a filling that you can adjust to your liking.
1) External cover Composition: 60% polyester and 40% bamboo viscose. Characteristics: Bamboo viscose is a material of natural origin that has the ability to breathe naturally. Together with the polyester, it creates a cool fabric that keeps your pillow from heating up overnight. Benefits: Bamboo viscose is naturally hypoallergenic, making it ideal for people who suffer from allergies. Plus, it can be removed and washed so your pillow stays clean at all times.
2) Inner Sleeve Composition: 92% Polyester / 8% Spandex. Characteristics: Elastic fabric that allows free movement of the crushed memory foam. It has an internal memory foam coating, so it should not be washed as it can damage the foam.
3) Stuffing Composition: 100% certified precision memory foam, no added polyester. Characteristics: It retains its shape for a longer time and has superior adaptability to other materials. In addition, it distributes the weight and pressure points evenly on your head and neck. Benefits: Memory foam is the ideal material to support your head and neck at bedtime, allowing a better sleep. Also, because it’s shredded it allows a greater air flow, keeping your pillow cool.
Certification: CertiPUR-US guarantees safety and low pollutant emissions during production. Furthermore, due to its requirements, this certification strictly regulates the use of harmful and volatile agents that can be harmful to users.
At Luuna we care about the well-being of our clients. Therefore, our pillow has the following certification:
(1) CertiPUR-US: All our foams are certified by CertiPUR-US, the highest certification in foams. No gases that affect the ozone layer. Without PBDE flame retardant material. No mercury, lead, or other heavy metals. No formaldehyde, no phthalates. With low emissions of VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds) to improve air quality (less than 0.5 parts per million).
Once opened, the Luuna pillow can take up to an hour to regain its form. If you want to help it recover more quickly, you can stretch and shake the pillow by separating the memory foam so that the air enters more quickly.
The use of an additional cover on our pillows is not necessary, but the decision depends on your preferences.
To remove the filling you must open the closure of the outer sleeve and remove the inner sleeve. For safety, the internal closure is on the opposite side of the external, in case you have children at home. You can remove as much filling as you like and until it is as comfortable as possible. Save leftover filling in a jar or box. Keep it in a place away from children and pets.
It is recommended that you remove more or less filling, depending on the position in which you sleep. Here are some tips: On your side: If you sleep on your side you will need a higher pillow that covers the distance between your shoulders and your head. We recommend leaving the pillow as it comes or removing just a little padding. On your back: If you are one of those who sleeps on your back, we recommend that you remove padding until your head is horizontally aligned when you lie down. Face down: You will need a very low pillow. You will need to remove about 70% of the padding to make it fit the position you sleep in.
The outer cover of your Luuna pillow has a closure so you can remove it and wash it whenever you want.
Consider the following recommendations for cleaning: Do not dry clean. Hand wash using cold or warm water. Do not use bleach. Do not squeeze. Drying is not recommended. Air dry.
Do not iron. We do not recommend washing the inner cover, but if you do, we recommend using a damp cloth on the affected area, and letting it air dry. It is important that you do not wet the foams since any humid environment favors the formation of fungi and bacteria.
If you are allergic, the Luuna pillow is for you, since the bamboo cover is naturally hypoallergenic, preventing you from producing allergies while sleeping.
Despite the fact that our foams are 100% free of harmful substances, it is important that you take the following precautions to avoid accidents, in case there are children or pets at home: Store the foams in a closed bag (we recommend an airtight bag), out of the reach of children and pets. You can keep it high up like a closet. We recommend always placing the closure of the inner sleeve on the opposite side to the closure of the outer sleeve, in the same way that we deliver it to you. Make sure the zippers are securely closed when you finish adding or removing the stuffing to your pillow.

1. Introduction

1.3 To enter a competition, you must enter as directed on our website or social media channels.
1.4 Our competitions are free to enter (no purchase required).
1.5 Promotions on social media are in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube or any other social network. You are providing your information to Luuna, and not to any other party. The information provided will be used in conjunction with our Privacy Policy.
1.6 Employees and other personnel of Luuna and its related entities are ineligible to enter.
2. Eligibility and entry restrictions
2.1 To be eligible to enter a competition:
a. Entrants must be a real person, at least 18 years old and permanently reside in the United States (proof of address or age may be required).
b. Competition entrants for our promotions on social media must have a genuine account and must “like” the Luuna social network page (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc.) as part of the entry process.
c. The maximum number of entries to a competition per person is 1.
d. The maximum number of entries for a competition shall be at our sole discretion but no less than 100 entries . Once this number of entries have been received, the competition will be closed to new entries, notwithstanding the published closing date.
3. Start and closing dates
3.1 A competition shall open for entries at the time and on the date specified on our website and/or social media channels, and similarly, shall close to entries at the time and on the date specified on our website and social media channels. (3rd of May 2021-10th of May 2021)
3.2 Any entries received before the opening or after the closing of the competition, will be invalid and will not be entered into the competition.
3.3 No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
3.4 We reserve the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a force majeure, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of our control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by us.
4. Judging
4.1 Competition entries shall be judged or winners selected on the basis of those criteria specified on our website and/or social media channels in relation to the competition.
4.2 If a competition entrant does not meet the eligibility requirements or is subject to any entry restrictions, that entrant shall not be entitled to be adjudged a winner, and will not be entitled to a prize in any circumstances.
4.3 Our decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
4.4 The competition and these Terms and Conditions will be governed by Mexican law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Mexican courts.
5. Winners and Prizes
5.1 Competition prizes for each competition shall be specified on our website or social media channels.
5.2 Competition prize winners will be notified of the competition result by email (if address is asked for/provided) or by direct message on social media (winners must therefore “like” or “follow” our social media accounts in order to be contacted about prizes) not more than 5-7 business days following the closing date of the competition, and will receive their prizes no more than 7-10 business days days following that closing date.
5.3 Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the prize winner for 14 days but if the winner fails to respond to our notification attempts within this time or provide and address for delivery of the prize or fails to meet any of the eligibility requirements or is otherwise unable to comply with the competition Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to disqualify that entrant and offer the prize to the next eligible entrant and thereafter until a winner is found.
5.4 The result of a competition will be announced on our website and/or our social media channels within 5-7 business days following the closing date of the competition. The announcement may include the name, the town or region of residence and prize details of each prize winner.
5.5 No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
6. Copyright and moral rights
6.1 You warrant to us that you created your competition entries, that you own all of the copyright in those entries, and that our use of the entries in accordance with these rules will not infringe any person’s intellectual property rights or other legal rights.
6.2 You grant to us an exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual and irrevocable license to copy, store, edit, distribute, transmit and publish your competition entries.
6.3 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you irrevocable and unconditionally waive your rights to be identified as the author of your competition entries and to object to any derogatory treatment of your competition entries.
